The PMI Houston Conference theme this year is "Together We Can Do M.O.R.E.", focusing on maximizing project success and delivering value beyond traditional constraints. Through M.O.R.E.—Managing Perceptions, Ownership of Project Success Beyond Project Management Success, Relentlessly Reassess Project Parameters, and Expand Perspective—we aim to equip attendees with strategies, tools, and insights to drive projects forward, enhance stakeholder engagement, and build high-performing teams.
We are seeking applications from speakers for our 60-minute Breakout Sessions to share their expertise and insights on applying M.O.R.E. in real-world project environments. These are unpaid speaking engagements. Please read our FAQs and Speaker Submission Instructions for more information.
NOTE: All applications must be completed and received before the end of the calendar day on Friday, May 16, 2025. Applications or additional proposed topics received after that time will not be considered. Selections will be announced no later than Friday, June 20, 2025.
