Topic Synopsis:

Social Capital - next to our spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical capacities - is the single greatest source of ongoing life-long value that we each possess. Other than our very lives and selves, it is our most important asset. Yet who among us even thinks of it that way, let alone consistently invests our time, energy, and money in building it?

What is Social Capital anyway?
Why is it so valuable?
How do I strategically build it, maintain it, and grow it in value as a business asset?

Learning Objectives:

• Discuss the concepts of social capital and its transformative value in both personal and business contexts.
• Identify the core life disciplines, competencies, and skills necessary to effectively build, maintain, and leverage social capital.
• Examine how these disciplines contribute to the strategic growth of social capital, enabling individuals to capitalize on relationships, networks, and opportunities for long-term success.
