David Bell has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry specializing in sales development, leadership, training, and coaching. He has worked with financial advisors, front-line bankers, and leaders. David obtained a BBA in General Business from the University of Texas at Austin. David is an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach. He serves as the Chief Encouragement Officer for Discovery Zone Coaching LLC.
He has served on the Board of Directors and as Past President for the Association of Talent Development (ATD) Houston Chapter. David is a current member of the ICF Houston and the National Speakers Association (NSA) Houston Chapter. He is a Distinguished Toastmaster with Toastmasters International and a member of Talking Bull Toastmasters. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with family, hiking, reading, journaling, and volunteering.
