Milena Ramey, PMP, is the Vice President of ERP Transformation for TechnipFMC, a leading oilfield services company with more than 25,000 employees in nearly 50 countries. The ERP Transformation project is a multi-year initiative to implement SAP as the company’s sole ERP and align business processes in accordance with the change in technology.
Since earning her PMP in 2005 Milena has leveraged her training in a wide-ranging variety of industries including information technology, mobile software start-ups, airlines, and the energy and utilities sectors. Her roles have ranged from Project Manager, Program Manager, Global Planning Director and most recently to her current role at TechnipFMC.
