Jody Craze brings over 30 years of experience directing large-scale capital programs and leading multidisciplinary teams across public and private sectors. As former Acting Director of Capital Projects for the City of Houston, she led major initiatives and implemented structured PM processes focused on compliance and accountability. She is passionate about mentoring and helping professionals understand what drives project success—and what causes projects to fail.

Teeya Davis
Mentorship Focus: PMO Development, Process Improvement, and Career Growth
Teeya Davis is an IT Process Improvement Coordinator at the Harris County Department of Education with 7 years of project management experience supporting education and healthcare environments. She brings a strong background in technology-enabled change, process improvement, governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous learning. Her work focuses on standardizing workflows, improving service delivery, strengthening adoption, and aligning people, processes, and technology.
Availability: Cycle 2 (Aug-Sept 2026), Cycle 3 (Oct – Nov 2026)

Mahima Khanna
Mentorship Focus: PMP Application Guidance & Exam Preparation
Mahima Khanna is a Computer System Validation Engineer with 8 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a recently earned PMP certification. She has mentored both professionally and academically, helping junior engineers and students prepare for exams. Mahima brings a patient, structured, and encouraging approach to mentoring and is an excellent choice for those preparing for PMP certification.

Atiq Hashmi
Mentorship Focus: Methodical approaches for Problem Solving & Factors to Focus on for Successful Project Delivery
Atiq Hashmi is a technology & management leader with broad experience in combining startup-like agility and corporate management with particular interest in helping struggling projects in fast-paced environments and driving successful outcomes through structured and creative problem solving. A strong believer in learning and coaching, Atiq uses management stories and coaches in plain English using tools with emphasis on clarity of purpose, risk navigation, and 360-degree management.
