Aurelien Mangano is a Cross-Cultural Career Coach. He enables and empower individual to reach their full potential. He has experience in several industries and was able to navigate his career in Project Management, Business Analysis, Customer Success Management and more recently in Coaching.

Aurelien is certified in Project Management (PMP), Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Agile (PMI-ACP) and Coaching (Career & Executive Coach).

Aurelien is a very active member of PMI Houston where he holds the role of Director of Program West and works on professional development projects such as Leadership Academy which will offer mentoring opportunities for members. He is also an officer & member of the Toastmaster club, Houston Galleria Project Management Toastmaster where he practices his public speaking in a safe and encouraging environment.

He founded DevelUpLeaders last year to enable cross-cultural individual to thrive their careers.He offers bilingual (French- English) coaching and mentoring to individual seeking for leadership development & strategic thinking.

He has successfully coached clients internationally, building bridges for people of different cultures, and facilitating their self-growth, using several proven tools & techniques.

He identifies during his career that one of the most important skills for career development and find a new job is communication and would like to share with you some tools to increase the chances to be hired quickly.”
