Since that time Rick has written six books on various aspects of the topic and now presents his newest book, Leveling the Paying Field, A Groundbreaking Approach to Achieving Fair Pay.  Leveling the Paying Field supports not only fair pay but also offers readers ‘executive-tested’ job search, promotion, and advancement techniques every person who works should know instinctively. This book is the sum of Rick’s varied and colorful career in sales, as a manager, author, speaker, award-winning media host, and now, as an indisputable thought leader.

In this presentation, Rick will be sharing the highlights of his groundbreaking QTNT® Personal Value Calculation (PVC) process with a focus not only fair pay, but also employee performance accountability, employee value measurement, and will share a new kind of worker’s bonus program—one that will NOT impact existing rates of pay or other bonus models currently in place by an organization. Rick will also be challenging the UH PMI audience to critique his “QTNT in the World of Business” model.
