Pre-Dinner Presentation: "How to Carry Conversations to Resolve and Avoid Headaches That Keep You Up At Night"
Kate Shi ,CLC, PMP
With 30+ years’ engineering experience, Kate has always been a leader whether it was in engineering or in project management. Her unique background, through self-development after trials and errors, made her able to build high performing teams. Despite being a good planner, in all the processes of project management, her favorite part is the Execution, which requires more hands-on experience than concepts. With the success of leading the organizations’ challenging projects one after another, Kate became more aware of the importance of training project leaders, managers. She summarized all her experiences of over 30 years, and now uses them to support future project leaders and organization leaders through training, coaching and mentoring. She is now a well trained and experienced professional life coach, passionate about contributing to others’ lives in her endeavor as a trainer, a facilitator, a mentor and a coach.
