Todd Little is a world-renowned keynote speaker, author, executive and board member. He was Chairman at Kanban University, the leading provider of professional Kanban management training. Previously he has held executive roles as Vice President of Product Development for IHS, and Director of Software and Technology for Landmark Graphics a division of Halliburton. He has been developing or leading the development of software for over 40 years.
For the past 20+ years, Todd has been a frequent presenter at Agile Software and Project Management conferences around the globe. He is a founding member and past President of the Agile Project Leadership Network. He has served on the Board of Directors of both the Agile Alliance and the Agile Project Leadership Network, and was a co-founder and Conference chair for several of the Agile20XX conferences.
Todd is a co-author of the book “Stand Back and Deliver: Accelerating Business Agility,” Addison Wesley.

In this talk called ""From Product Discovery to Product Delivery - A Real-Life Example"", Todd will dive into the product journey of creating a new training class product called ""Scrum Better with Kanban"", developed by Kanban University and how they took it from the initial market assessment to the final product release. The talk will discuss the various factors that went into the product development process, including customer interviews, beta testing, and A/B testing. Todd will share his experience of conducting market research to identify the target audience and understand their needs and pain points. He will also discuss how customer interviews helped them refine the product idea and create a product that surprised customers' expectations. He will delve into the beta testing phase and how A/B testing was used to compare different features and determine which ones resonated with customers the most. Finally, He will share how the product was launched in the market and the lessons learned throughout the product development journey. Attendees can expect to gain insights into the product development process and learn about the importance of customer feedback in creating a successful product.

Shane has over 30 years’ experience in the Information Technology field as an experienced executive and project lead on large Global Enterprise Information Technology implementations with major Oil and Gas, Mining and EPC contractor companies.
Kevin Marquez has been a Systems Analyst at Omega 365 for the past 3 years, supporting the implementation of Omega’s digital solutions to a variety of client projects including oil and gas, energy and data center projects.
