Noé is Burns & McDonnell’s Construction PMO Services Leader helping capital project owners to assess, implement, and manage complex engineering and construction programs and major projects. Mr. Saenz has 26 years of experience in multiple sectors such power generation and transmission, oil & gas, chemicals, and industrial manufacturing primarily in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. He currently serves as Chair of the Construction Industry Institute (CII) based at the University of Texas-Austin. Noé recently obtained the PMI-CP Construction Professional certification by PMI. He is the author of the book Design & Build Your Future (pub. May 2023), a brief guide about the exciting world of capital construction projects. In his spare time Noé enjoys drone flying and is working on obtaining his drone pilot license.
