Focuses on key moments that matter for project managers and project leaders to drive change and improve project outcomes while answering the question  “As a project manager what is the value of change and what is the  role I need to play with my projects  to help accelerate change?”   The course provides 8 PDU/CDU's and a digital badge and is a perfect complement to PMBOK, 7th Edition. 

The workshop utilizes active participant engagement, feedback and reinforcement to enable project skills to drive improved project outcomes.  Facilitated by a change management strategist and thought leader with 20+ years proven business experience, CCMP™ and Prosci ADKAR change management certifications and an engaging learning style, participants walk away with key learning that can immediately be put into practice to fuel organizational change.

Participants receive all course content including applicable assessments, tools and job aids for immediate practice.
