Jody Craze brings over 30 years of experience directing large-scale capital programs and leading multidisciplinary teams across public and private sectors. As former Acting Director of Capital Projects for the City of Houston, she led major initiatives and implemented structured PM processes focused on compliance and accountability. She is passionate about mentoring and helping professionals understand what drives project success—and what causes projects to fail.

Adesina Odukoya

Mentorship Focus: IT Project Management, Agile, Stakeholder Engagement, Change Leadership

Adesina Odukoya is a seasoned technology and project leader with 15 years of experience delivering infrastructure, systems implementation, and digital transformation initiatives across telecom, energy, logistics, and financial services. He has led large, multi-site and multi-country IT programs, including CRM, ERP, BSS, and OSS implementations. He drives efficiency through automation, cloud adoption, and process digitization. Mentees will benefit from his ability to connect technical delivery with business outcomes in complex environments.

Kimberley Monroe is the Vice President / Director of Enterprise PMO & Reporting with 25 years of project management experience and certifications including PMP and PMI-ACP. She leads portfolio governance, strategic project delivery, and reporting across complex initiatives, while also running a business focused on project management, contract management, training, and coaching. As a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths coach, she blends delivery expertise with strengths-based leadership development.
