PDUs are assigned to one of the 3 categories of the Talent Triangle: Ways of Working, Power Skills, and Business Acumen. Provide your PMI Membership number during registration and we will scan your name badge for each session you attend during the conference. If you do NOT provide your PMI member number during registration, you will have to self-report your PDUs. PDUs for all conference attendees will be reported by the Chapter Administrator within three to four weeks after the event. If you notice your PDUs are missing after that timeframe, please contact the Chapter Administrator.

This year, PMI Houston’s Annual Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Houston West. Complimentary parking will be available to all attendees in the surrounding surface lot at the venue.

You must be a member of the PMI Houston Chapter to register for our discounted rate.  

1. Sign in to your account at PMI.org  
2. Select your Dashboard.
3. Go to Membership Overview, click “Join a Chapter” and search for the Houston Chapter.
4. Join the Houston Chapter, then wait 48 hours for your membership to process.
5. Register for the conference at the discounted member rate.

Please be aware new chapter membership can take up to 72 business hours to become active in the PMI Houston database. You will receive an email confirmation from the Chapter once in the database. The Chapter Administrator is unable to register you at the member rate if you are unable to register at the member rate.

Once you are active in the database, you will use your national login to access the chapter site. You must be logged out of the national website first.

Online pre-registration requires full payment of your invoice to complete and confirm your reservation. Unpaid invoices will automatically cancel ten (10) days after the date of the invoice. At this point, your pre-registration will be canceled. Once an unpaid registration is canceled, a new registration is required at the then-current pricing. It is recommended you pay your registration fee via credit card, at the time of registering, to confirm and obtain the best available discount.

A professional photographer may be onsite to document the event and activities. Photographs and video footage are the sole property of PMI® Houston Chapter, Inc. By registering for and/or attending this event, attendees understand that PMI Houston may use their likenesses for promotional purposes.

We ask that you register by July 15th to allow us time for planning and to have accurate counts for supplies. The event is limited to the first 450 to register. Onsite registration will only be available if we do not sell out.

An email confirmation will be sent once you have completed the registration process. If you do not receive this email confirmation, please email our Chapter Administrator to confirm your registration was completed.

• Cancellation requests received before 6:00 PM (central time) on July 4, 2025, will receive a 100% refund (less a $50 cancellation fee).
• Cancellation requests received by 6:00 PM (central time) on July 18, 2025 will receive a 50% refund (less a $50 cancellation fee). 
• PMI Houston will not be able to refund any cancellation requests received after July 18, 2025, due to expenses incurred for attendees.

Badges for attendees who are registered will be available for pick-up, onsite at Registration beginning at 7:30 AM on Monday, August 4, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency Houston West.

Photography and video/audio recording of any kind are strictly prohibited in the sessions and throughout the exhibition area.

PMI Houston will be utilizing the Whova mobile app for 2025. Make sure to watch your email for the conference code and begin to plan the breakout sessions you want to attend during the conference. Within 30 days of the conference, we will be sending out details to download the app and will have it available prior to the conference.
