Dr. Kris Lea provides expert organizational consulting, facilitation and training in a variety of industries and settings. She has extensive experience in Organization Development (OD); Organizational Change Management (OCM); Training & Development (T&D); and Project Management (PM). Her firm, Lea Associates, Inc. provides opportunities to partner with clients across a spectrum of industries.
Kris received her Master of Science (MS) in OD from the University of San Francisco, CA; and earned a doctorate in Organization Development (PysD) from Alliant International University in Fresno, CA. Her dissertation research focused on the “measurable attributes of a Healthy Organization” considers herself an advocate for healthy organizations.
