Much of her career has involved leading work across teams of different cultural backgrounds, in both remote and onsite settings, and that's shaped how she leads. She has learned that alignment and clear communication matter more than any single tool or methodology. She is especially interested in helping project managers lead real AI adoption, manage change in skeptical or risk-conscious organizations, and build hybrid approaches that fit the team rather than the textbook. Anna mentors with a plain-spoken, practical style
