PMI-ACP Prep Workshop (Virtual)

Description:

If you are interested in obtaining PMI’s Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification and have at least 14 prior hours of education on agile methods, this course will prepare you for the PMI-ACP exam. This course will provide an additional seven hours of Agile education.
Course content includes introduction to Agile tools and techniques including but not limited to Agile communications, planning, monitoring and adapting, Kanban boards, agile estimating techniques, agile analysis and design, product quality, soft skills, value based prioritization, risk management, metrics, value stream mapping and analysis plus more. 

Course Objectives:

- Prepare participants to take the PMI-ACP exam.
- Provide participants an introduction and understanding of the Exam Content.
- Outline (ECO) for the PMI-ACP exam.
- Provide participants with an understanding of the seven domains of knowledge required for the exam.

Who Should Attend:

- Anyone meeting the prerequisite Agile experience and with at least 14 hours of Agile education. 
- Anyone meeting all the prerequisite experience and education requirements for the PMI-ACP credential, but requiring targeted training for the PMI-ACP.

Cancellations received prior to 14 days of the start date for the course qualifies for a refund minus $100 administrative handling fee. Cancellations received after 14 days from the start of the course qualify for a refund minus $250 administrative handling fee. Allow 14 days for processing of refunds.
