For the past 18 yrs, Suzanne journeyed through assignments in infrastructure, applications, business support and service management. She was tied to projects in some way as a track lead or change agent to name a few while developing planning, strategic execution and leadership abilities. Her journey continued to evolve as she became a Project Manager. Suzanne led teams of Project Managers successfully delivering multi-million domestic and global project with 10 to 100+ people. She then transitioned into her current role as a Product Manager.

Project and Product Management share many challenges, though each discipline also has unique struggles. In both roles, the key struggles often stem from balancing multiple priorities while keeping stakeholders satisfied, navigating limited resources and ensuring clear communication throughout the process. We'll discuss common struggles faced in both, understand each role's objectives and how to effectively work across the roles to achieve synergies and deliver scope successfully.
