Amith Harsha - Moderator

Amith Harsha headshotAmith is the Founder of 99th Centile Solutions, an AI strategy consulting practice that helps enterprises across healthcare, energy, and manufacturing translate AI/ML capabilities into actionable business strategies and adoption roadmaps. With over 14 years of experience spanning Fortune 500s, government agencies, and high-growth startups, Amith has consistently served as the critical link between deeply technical teams and the executive conversations that unlock investment and enterprise-wide adoption.
His career includes eight years at Intel Corporation, where he led cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, sales, and channel partners to drive product strategy and go-to-market execution for AI and high-performance computing solutions. He contributed to the global launch of Intel Optane Persistent Memory, the world's first persistent memory product. Earlier, as an early employee at Saffron Technology (acquired by Intel), he spearheaded AI initiatives that helped position the company for acquisition, delivering 30+ AI transformation projects and building lighthouse partnerships with leading global consulting firms.
Amith holds two U.S. patents in predictive analytics and anomaly detection, brings a foundation in biomedical engineering research at Johns Hopkins and the National Institutes of Health, and is currently completing an Executive MBA at Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business. He is based in Houston, TX.

Morgan Schneider, PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-CPMAI, PSM I - Panelist

Morgan Schneider headshotMorgan Schneider is a chief engineer for the Air Traffic Services (ATS) group at Raytheon, where he serves as the primary project manager for multiple efforts, including the Alaska Advanced Air Mobility initiative, collaboration with NASA Ames on uncrewed traffic management, and preparation of Raytheon's offering for the FAA's Common Application Platform.
Morgan brings nearly two decades of experience in technology, spanning IT, data analytics, and software engineering across the oil exploration, logistics, and aerospace industries. He transitioned into project management following the 2020 pandemic, earning his PMP, PMI-ACP, and PSM 1 certifications.


A lifelong technology enthusiast — sparked by attending computer shows with his father in the 1990s — Morgan is passionate about helping teams integrate emerging technologies into their workflows and build toward future capabilities."

Bryan Wazbinski - Panelist

Bryan Wazbinski HeadshotBryan Wazbinski is Vice President of Delivery & Operations at Omega 365 USA, where he leads the implementation of SaaS software solutions that improve project execution, project controls, and PMO performance for large-scale capital projects.

With nearly 30 years of experience, Bryan brings a unique blend of operational leadership and digital transformation expertise. His career spans operations management in heavy industry, including steel and chemical manufacturing—followed by transformational consulting roles at Accenture supporting major oil & gas organizations. Today, he focuses on helping owner/operators and project teams leverage AI in how they plan, manage, and deliver complex capital portfolios.

Bryan is passionate about the role of Artificial Intelligence in project management, and how AI-enabled tools can help project controls and project leadership teams work smarter by streamlining workflows, improving insight, and driving better project outcomes.
