Cornelia Bernard, PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, MBA is a results-driven Project Management and Business Analysis professional with 15+ years of experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives across global energy and enterprise environments. PMP® and CBAP® certified, with deep expertise in Agile delivery, stakeholder alignment, and organizational change.

As PMI Houston's Director of Mentorship, she is passionate about building a strong professional community—creating opportunities for members to connect, grow, and develop into confident, capable leaders through meaningful mentorship experiences.

Kimberley Monroe, MS, PMP, PMI-ACP, is a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach with more than 25 years of experience leading complex projects, portfolios, and PMOs. As Vice President and Co-founder of Craze, Monroe & Associates, she provides project management consulting, training, coaching, and mentoring that help individuals and organizations strengthen performance and achieve meaningful results.

Kimberley is passionate about developing project professionals by blending practical delivery expertise with strengths-based leadership, fostering mentor readiness, and empowering others to grow their confidence, capability, and impact.

How long is the program?

Each cycle runs approximately 2 months with 1 structured 90-minute session and flexible 1:1 engagement.

How are matches made?

We align mentors and mentees based on goals, interests, availability, and areas of expertise.

What is the cost?

This is a pilot program with a $10 mentee participation fee during early registration.

Can I earn PDUs?

Yes, active participation allows you to earn PDUs.
