"Process Mapping: How to Skillfully Apply this Vital Tool"
Michael Rudel has spent the majority of his 25+ year career in the oil & gas specialty chemical market. Starting as a research chemist, he progressed through technical management roles supporting applications such as scale prevention, hydrate and paraffin inhibition, and bacterial control. A turning point in his career was participating in his company’s SAP implementation, exposing him to the end-to-end business cycle and sparking a passion for improving performance through the business process. His background includes process improvement & design, business analysis, project management, and governance. Michael is interested in traditional project management as well as Agile & Scrum.
