Process Mapping – An Essential Tool

Michael Rudel has spent the majority of his 25+ year career in the specialty chemicals business supporting oil & gas production. He started as a research chemist & progressed into technical leadership roles until being exposed to the end-to-end business cycle in an SAP implementation. This sparked a passion for improving performance through business process. He is interested in how work is executed to deliver value, including business process, traditional project management, as well as Agile & Scrum
