Greetings PMI Houston, 

Our Board members and volunteers are diligently working to provide you the value and equity of our chapter services for your knowledge and success. To expand upon our Chapter’s Vision, I wanted to share with you my 2021 President’s Vision to LEAD for volunteer and member success. The values to LEAD are as follows:

• Leadership to support our Chapter to be successful with Transformational behaviors and Resilience for success.
• Engagement to all through Trust, Diversity, and Inclusion to empower volunteers & members.
• Altruism through volunteering to support our members with empathy.
• Development with on-going relations across mediums to meet our member's availability: Newsletters, Social media, Virtual sessions, Events, and Conference.
