Agile Framework and Fundamentals (2 Day Workshop)

This two-day workshop will introduce the participants to the fundamentals of Agile principles, concepts and practices. Attendees will get involved in hands-on activities that will help them take away more than the theoretical knowledge of Agile.

In this workshop the participants will be provided with an opportunity to learn about Agile Project Management and how it can be applied to their projects at the workplace. This program can be considered as a beginner – intermediate level on Agile Project Management. The target audience is anybody who is participating on Agile Teams or is planning or considering adopting Agile practices.

Introductory topics include an introduction to Agile concepts, the Agile Manifesto, Agile estimating and planning, team structure, value based prioritization, the Agile project life cycle and an introduction to Scrum plus more.  Intermediate topics include providing leadership in an Agile environment including leading self-directed teams, soft skills, dealing with barriers to adopting agile practices, stakeholder engagement, communications and transition strategies from traditional to Agile environments.  The workshop will also introduce participants to the PMI Agile certification process.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations and/or substitutions must be received at training@duendepm.com

Cancellations received prior to 14 days prior to start date of course qualify for a refund minus $100 administrative handling fee. Cancellations received after 14 days from start date of course qualify for a refund minus $150 administrative handling fee. Allow 14 days for processing of all refunds.

Substitutions are accepted prior to the start of course. Additional fees may apply based on membership status. Non-member substituting for a member will pay registration fee difference. Substitute's name, email contact, and membership status must be provided at time of notification.
