    Topic Description:

Objective:  Attendees will learn how to use Visual Project Management to shape successful project execution.
    Attendee Benefits:

    1.       Learn the key elements of Visual Project Management (VPM)
    2.       Learn the differences between conventional project management & VPM
    3.       See the core differences in managing project execution and project portfolios

If your organization is like most, you experience difficulties in delivering your projects on time while maintaining budget and scope. Research shows that more than 35% of capital projects are late and 1 in 6 IT projects have a schedule overrun of 70%!

When you are successful, it’s not through a repeatable process, but through heroic expediting efforts or by sacrificing other aspects of your organization’s performance. These difficulties may even put your company’s success at risk.

ViewPoint Visual Project Management streamlines the project delivery process, incorporating the best of Theory of Constraints, Lean, and the PMBOKtm so you can deliver on time, in less time.

This presentation will present the core concepts of the VPM method as it applies to three main areas of projects: execution, planning & project portfolio management.

    Topics Covered:

    • Project management execution
    • Project management planning
    • Multi-project / portfolio management
