    Topic Description:  Managing Complicated Stakeholders

    In this interactive and action-packed session, you will learn how to effectively manage stakeholders, especially the most complicated and problematic ones, using some of the best research and techniques in persuasion science, leadership, and management such as continuous buy-in. The twenty-four (24) outlined principles are mostly outside-the-box, going beyond the four (4) Project Management processes for managing Stakeholders—with practical examples from successful projects! Let’s turn project resisters into champions with these principles!

    • Integrate buy-in of key stakeholders into all the five domains of project management;
    • Understand the place of persuasion and negotiation in managing complicated stakeholders; and
    • Understand the role of Logic Vs Politics in managing stakeholders and forensic analysis of difficult stakeholders.
