Eddie Merla, PMI-ACP, PMP®, is a Senior Project Manager, Coach, and Trainer with over 20 years of hands-on Project Management experience.  He has over seven years experience leading international consulting engagements and projects.  He has implemented Project Management Offices (PMO’s) for multiple organizations and in six different industries (Banking, Airlines, Information Technology, Automotive, Consulting, and Healthcare).

    Eddie Merla has managed project budgets and programs up to $150 million and 200 personnel.  His project management experiences include North America, Europe, the Middle East, Mexico, and Asia.  He has assisted clients with the implementation of project management strategies and best practices.  He also implemented organizational structures to support large projects and organizations to improve delivery of project and program results.

    As a trainer and coach, Eddie Merla has trained several thousand project management professionals throughout the world on project management, agility, leadership and soft skills topics.  He has been a frequent speaker at the Project management Institute (PMI®) both at the local level and at the International level.  He has been a PMI® speaker at the North American Global Congress, the EMEA Congress, the Asia Pacific Congress, and at the Latin America Global Congress.  He has delivered seminars in nine different countries.


    Fabrice Bouchereau, PE, PMP, CQM is a licensed Professional Industrial Engineer, Coach and Trainer with over 15 years of hands-on experience implementing and managing lean, continuous improvement, quality and project management systems.  

    Fabrice Bouchereau has setup and managed plants with up to 1000 employees. His experience changing company culture and improving processes spans across a broad range of industries and products including textiles, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, heavy manufacturing and oil and gas.

    Fabrice is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.  As a trainer and coach, he has trained hundreds of employees on lean, quality, project management and facilitation topics in the United States, the Caribbean, Mexico and Latin America.

    Alana M. Hill, PMP is a passionate speaker, author, and consultant at 2Hill Consulting Services. Her experience as an engineer and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) in upstream oil and gas provides a real‐world insight into how people and teams can excel. She has been recognized for her excellent communication, leadership, and team‐building skills. Her international, cross functional business knowledge shapes her perspective on change management and seasons her presentations. Throughout her career, Ms. Hill has led diverse teams and delivered high-impact workshops all over the world. Ms. Hill has partnered with PMO To Go since 2014 to teach Project Management Fundamentals and PMP certification courses.

    Before establishing her consultancy in 2006, Ms. Hill enjoyed a colorful career with Schlumberger advancing from a Field Engineer to a Program Manager. In her tenure with the oilfield services giant, she not only managed technical and business projects, but also learned to drive an 18-wheeler!  Ms. Hill holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and has twenty years of leadership and training expertise.
